VETA training Centres The other role of VETA is to provide quality vocational training. To fulfill this role VETA has 22 designated model centres. 11 Regional Vocational Training and Services Centres (RTSCs), 10 Vocational Training Centre (VTC), 1 Vocational Instructors Training College (VITC).
