About Zebadiah S. Moshi

Zebadiah Moshi (49) is the Director General of Vocational Education and Training Authority (VETA). Prior to his current position he was the General Manager of Tanganyika Coffee Curing Company Limited for 10 years. 

He had previously worked at the same company as Chief Engineer from 1985 to 1994. From 1981 to 1985 he served as Maintenance Engineer before he was promoted to the post of Chief Engineer. 

Zebadiah Moshi studied at the University of Dar es Salaam where he was awarded a BSc in Mechanical Engineering in 1981. In 1985 he gained an MSc in Industrial Management at the University of Birmingham. Zebadiah Moshi has also attended training in Management Control and Information System at Maastricht School of Management, Holland. He has also attended training in Effective Organizational Management at the Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI), Tanzania. 

He is currently a Board member of Moshi Urban Water Supply, Kilimanjaro Industrial Development Trust, Kilimanjaro Investment Centre, Kilimanjaro Development Forum and Chairman of Tanzania Coffee Association. He also previously served as Board member of Plant Equipment and Hire Company Limited, Tanzania Bag Corporation, Bamboo Limited and East African Fine Coffees Association.
